Zia is a beautiful mountain village located on the island of Kos. It owes its persisting fame to its unique location. In the summer season, residents of the island and tourists come here almost every day to admire the beautiful sunset. Every evening the amazing view and the romantic atmosphere generate an ideal place for lovers and whole families who occupy space, for example in one of the local climatic taverns. In the local restaurants, goat and lamb meat are usually served. In the town there are souvenir , clothing and own products shops, including olive oil. Undoubtedly a great attraction for families with children is the Natural Park, where we can admire animals. The mountain village of Zia is also visited by hikers who start their trip to the highest peak of the island of Kos- Dikeos (843 ASL).
